Wild Orange & Chocolate Mousse

I have been in avocado heaven recently as we have an overflowing avocado tree! I was sharing some recipes and fun facts about avocados over on our essential oil education group the other day and this one got a mention.
This recipe is an old favourite and we love it with either peppermint or wild orange - but at a dinner table vote last night the Jaffa version won for inclusion in the blog today!

Ingredients
1 ripe avocado, flesh chopped 2 drops liquid stevia 1/4 cup raw cacao powder 1 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt 1/3 cup coconut milk (or milk of your choice) 4 drops doTERRA Wild Orange essential oil
Method
Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Blend until very smooth.
Taste and adjust for desired sweetness.
Pour mixture into a bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
